Policy and Procedures
Green Grove Care has a set of Policies and Procedures that support the day-to day operations of the Company.

A Policy is a set of general guidelines that outline our plan for tackling an issue and Procedures explain a specific action plan for carrying out a policy for example a Health and Safety policy will detail specific issues and Procedures will guide everyone on what actions to take.
